Jan 28th- Intro: Every Body- Intro to the series of gentle flowing yoga classes focused on easeful movement and steady breathing. (Half off $)
Feb 4th- Get breath centered and move
Perfect for days when you are feeling emotionally and physically overwhelmed
Feb 11th- Evening unwind
To restore natural range of motion in joints. Perfect balance of gentle movement to set you up for a peaceful, restful evening
(Very little wrist weight bearing)
Feb 18th- Head to toe with some flow
Gentle full body movement to release tension in hips, spine and legs
Feb 25th- Unload refresh
Focus on breathing and allow your body to move uninterrupted to its natural rhythm
Mar 4th- Shoulders
Great for those who habitually hold tension in
The shoulders or muscles surrounding them. Also appreciate if recovering from a shoulder injury
Mar 11th- Chair yoga
With the assistance of a chair we move through seated and standing asana
No vinyasa or wrist weight bearing. Excellent for those with injury, elderly , pre or post natal or anyone that wants to be able to have a practice they can always do in a chair anywhere.
