This three-class series is designed to give parents simple, practical herbal and naturopathic tools to support everyday family health.
Together we’ll explore gentle plant medicines, simple home remedies, and supportive naturopathic approaches for common childhood situations like digestive upset, immune challenges, skin irritations, sleep struggles, and more.The goal isn’t to replace medical care, but to help families feel more confident responding to everyday concerns with safe, thoughtful natural support. Each class introduces a small group of versatile herbs and easy remedies that can become part of your home family apothecary.
No herbal experience necessary—just curiosity and a desire to care for your family with a little more connection to the natural world.

Foundations + Digestion & Sleep
We’ll start with the foundations of using herbs safely and confidently for families. From there, we’ll explore gentle plant remedies for common concerns like tummy aches, gas, restlessness, and bedtime struggles. You’ll leave with a few simple herbal tools that can make a big difference in daily family life.
Immune Support, Fevers & Respiratory Care
When kids get sick, it helps to know what simple remedies can offer comfort and support. This class focuses on herbal approaches for colds, coughs, sore throats, and fevers, along with practical naturopathic tools that families can keep on hand during the colder months.
Skin, Minor Injuries & Everyday Vitality
From scraped knees and bug bites to supporting energy and resilience, this class explores some of the most versatile herbs for skin, first aid, and everyday vitality. We’ll look at simple plant remedies that can become staples in a family home apothecary.

Join us for an intimate evening of deep restoration. Sound healer Kelvin Young guides you through a transformative sound journey as Dr. Lindsay Chimileski, weaves in Traditional Chinese Medicine wisdom.
Spring carries the rising energy of the Wood element — a time of movement, renewal, and forward momentum. In this Sound Healing + Acupuncture session, carefully selected acupuncture points support the smooth flow of Qi while the resonant tones of crystal bowls and chimes guide the nervous system into deep relaxation. Together these therapies create a restorative space for the body to release tension, reset, and align with the expanding rhythm of the season.
Bring a mat, blanket, and anything to make yourself comfortable. Note, we are now offering a VIP option for this experience, you can request a zero gravity chair, be sure to select the option that is best for you.

We understand that plans can shift. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 36 hours before the event for a full refund.
Because our events require advance preparation, registrations canceled with less than 36 hours’ notice are non-refundable, and events you attend cannot be refunded.

These are intentionally small, cozy classes, capped at 9 participants, creating a calm and supportive environment to practice together. A minimum of 3 participants is needed for the class to run. To give us time to prepare the space, the class must reach the minimum at least one hour before start time, so registration closes 60 minutes prior.

Please note: to hold your spot, we ask that you confirm your class at least 60 minutes before the start time. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 60 minutes prior to class to have the class returned to your account as a credit. This credit can be used toward a future class, but will not be refunded back to your card. Due to the small, intimate nature of our classes, missed classes or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
