Integrative massage sessions draw from multiple styles—including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, therapeutic/medical, sports, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation techniques. Rather than booking separate modalities, each session is customized based on your intake, your goals, and what your body needs that day. Reiki and energetic healing modalities will also be an option for your full session, or added to your massage during the allotted time.
